Sunday School

Sunday School is a very important aspect of our children's department. Sunday School is the place where most children learn and grow in their spiritual lives. At Sharon Heights, we know that most children don't WANT to get up and come to Sunday School. We look for opportunities to make the children involved and interested in their class so that they will want to come to church. Each child is placed in the grade appropriate class so they will be comfortable in their environment. Each class uses similar age appropriate literature so a family discussion can be easy. All of our teachers enjoy teaching and look for exciting ways to share the Bible with their class. We have various emphases to encourage regular attendance. While we work as a group, each teacher has the opportunity to plan activities for their own class. As God moves through our church, our Children's Department will make many changes, and we would like to invite you to come and grow with us.
