Student Sunday School

Sunday School is the core of the Student Ministry at Sharon Heights Baptist Church. Currently, we have separate gender classes for 6-7th Grade guys and girls and coed classes for 8-10th Grades and 11-12th Grades. We begin with food, fellowship & games from 9:00 am – 9:30 am followed by a time of praise & worship before breaking out into small groups.

Sometimes it’s tough for students to know where to go for answers. The search for truth is very much like the search for treasure. You can dig many places, but unless you are digging in the right place, you will only find fool’s gold. Our goal is to lead students to search for truth in the right place, God’s Word. It’s a time of Christian fellowship and digging into God’s Word. It’s also a time where students can be open and honest about questions they have or struggles they are facing in the lives.

Our teachers are here to provide a safe, nurturing environment for the students. All of our classes are involved in outreach through mailing postcards, telephone calls and monthly visitation. We invite you to join us on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am in the Old Santuary across the road from the main campus.
