Rev. Dr. Reginald Calvert has been the pastor at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church since 1999. A two time graduate of Beeson Divinity School, Dr. Calvert is widely regarded as a faithful, engaging, and passionate cross-cultural preacher of the Word of God.
Rev. Dr. Mark DeVine, affectionately known as “Beeson’s Uncle” is a beloved member of the Beeson community and a former missionary in Thailand. He has also served numerous local churches in times of transition. He is currently serving as the lead teaching elder at Smoke Rise Baptist Church in Warrior, Alabama. Dr. DeVine is also the author of numerous books and is regularly featured as a contributing author at The American Spectator and the Federalist.
